EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Ryan has over 18 years of experience in providing accounting, auditing, tax and technology advisory services to clients in a wide range of industries. During his thirteen years in the British Virgin Islands, he has successfully headed the audits of a large number of investment funds, captive insurance companies and other local and international companies.
He has extensive knowledge and experience in the financial services sector, with a broad focus on finance and investments and Information technology. He is the director in charge of a wide variety of fund structures including, but not limited to convertible arbitrage, private equity, fund of funds, commodity/foreign exchange, and long-short. Ryan is also responsible for IT matters at the Firm and its clients.
Outside of the firm, Ryan gives much of his time in serving on a large number of industry advisory committees. He is also a past president of the Rotary Club of Road Town where he has served on the board for a number of years. Most recently, he has had increased involvement in the Rotary Foundation matters serving as the Chair of a number of areas within the Northern Caribbean District.
